For the past 3 years, I've worked as an online personal trainer and fitness consultant with hundreds of different clients – all with varying goals. But no matter where the starting point or what the goal, proper nutrition always plays an essential role. And that's where the Anabolic Cookbook came into play for me.
The “dieting” aspect of online consulting often provided many challenges. Eating healthy can sometimes be boring, and many of my clients struggled to stick to the nutrition programs I had designed for them. This way particularly true for those that were looking to put on muscle mass and had to eat a lot of food each day.
It quickly became clear to me that I needed to find a simple, affordable way to make dieting “fun” for my clients.
Enter Dave Ruel's Anabolic Cooking Cookbook.
When I first heard mention of “Anabolic Cooking” in the Bodybuilding.com nutrition forum, I was intrigued by the potential value it could bring to my clients and my consulting business. It was different from most cookbooks I had seen in that it provided a large number of recipes that were all targeted to a single goal – building muscle.
I quickly went out to the “website” for Dave Ruel's “Anabolic Cooking” and found that it was just one of those long, hyped-up sales pages. Frankly, I was immediately put off because it reminded me so much of many “spam” products often seen on the web.
I wasn't able to get a good idea of if Anabolic Cooking would benefit my clients who were looking to build muscle, so I went back to various health forums for more information. And, after much deliberation, I eventually decided to give Dave Ruel – the so-called Muscle Cook – a chance.
Needless to say, I'm glad I took the leap and decided to give it a shot. Anabolic Cooking has not only been the source of many of my own favorite day-to-day recipes, but has also helped my clients' reach their goal weight just over 20% more often.
I've also found that when dieting is “fun”, it is much easier to form healthy, life-long habits in the kitchen.
In short, that is why I think that anyone looking to build muscle or avoid monotony in their diet should try Anabolic Cooking – The Muscle Building Cookbook.
This website was made to share my own experience with the Anabolic Cookbook, shed more light on what it offers, and provide additional resources to help you build muscle and reach your goals.
